**About the Role**Are you a skilled systems analyst with a passion for data and cloud technologies? We’re looking for a **Sr. Business Systems Analyst** to lead the successful delivery of data-driven projects in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with teams, work with the latest cloud technologies, and help shape the future of healthcare data solutions.**What You’ll Do**- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) to deliver client projects on time and within scope.- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.- Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to business development efforts.**Key Responsibilities**- Design, develop, and implement technology-based solutions for client challenges.- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and propose cost-effective strategies.- Perform data analysis to support solution design and decision-making.- Recommend process improvements and alternative approaches.- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.- Stay current with industry trends in data engineering, cloud platforms, and healthcare technology.- Manage project workstreams, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution.**Technical Focus Areas**- ** ETL & Data Integration**: Build robust data pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.- ** SQL & Query Optimization**: Write and optimize complex queries for performance.- ** BI Tools**: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.- ** Cloud Data Warehousing**: Design and manage data solutions in Azure and Databricks.- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to align on goals and deliverables.**What We’re Looking For**- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.- 5-8 years of experience in consulting or service delivery, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Business Systems Analyst.- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Data Factory, SQL Database, Databricks).- Solid understanding of data warehousing and big data technologies.- Intermediate English proficiency**Why Join Us?**- Work with global clients and cutting-edge technologies.- Be part of a supportive, inclusive, and innovative team.- Enjoy flexible work arrangements and a strong work-life balance.- Grow your career with continuous learning and leadership opportunities.**Please, submit your resume in English
