Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst (Finance) located in Guadalajara North Campus.
Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Business System Analyst (Finance) will be responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, in order to provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
What a typical day looks like:
- Work based on incidents and priorities (Got It). User Support.
- Receive handover from Finance implementations / solutions team and make sure Finance processes are working as expected.
- Detect system bugs and create development task to fix them, do the testing and UAT (User Acceptance Test). Also create enhancements to the supported processes.
- Create documentation for knowledge bases articles, specs, problem tickets.
- Innovate & create automation processes that reduces the repetitive incidents. Continuous improvement.
- Attend and solve business escalations, minimize the impact for the business.
Experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Previous Experience as Business Systems Analyst, Financial System Analyst or System support.
- Knowledge on Financial processes.
- ERP knowledge, finance modules. (Preferably BaaN, or Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Advanced English.
- Preferably database understanding, SQL queries.
- Preferably treasury systems knowledge.
- Preferably Financial background.
