Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus. Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Business System Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, in order to provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

- Work based on incidents and priorities.
- Receive handover from Finance implementations / solutions team and make sure Finance processes are working as expected.
- Detect system bugs and create development task to fix them, do the testing and UAT (User Acceptance Test). Also create enhancements to the supported processes.
- Create documentation for knowledge bases articles, specs, problem tickets.
- Innovate & create automation processes that reduces the repetitive incidents. Continuous improvement.
- Attend and solve business escalations, minimize the impact for the business.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

- Previous Experience as Business Systems Analyst or Financial System Analyst.
- Experience or good knowledge on Financial processes.
- Database understanding.
- Queries knowledge.
- ERP knowledge and experience. (BaaN, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
