Full Time: Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

**Salary**: $20,000 MXN + Commissions

**OVERVIEW**:
Working as District Sourcing Specialist, you will research and complete formal Requests for Quotes (RFQ's). In a long-term commitment with the customer. Working in the sourcing team you will be part of the Crib Crawls so it requires you to understand and interpret customer prints, and work closely with sales, engineering, quality, suppliers/manufacturers, and customers.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Researching and completing formal Large Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) from some of Fastenal Company's largest customers
- Visit Customer´s facilities for crib crawls - Based on the information from the crib crawl, separate product on Fastenal´s category as Non Core and Core (Which products we are competitive and which ones we are not)
- Having the knowledge of brands, products and categories.
- Attend training to get more knowledge about suppliers and brands
- Offer Exclusive brands - Working closely with the following groups: Fastenal Sales Teams, Fastenal Product Development Teams, manufacturers and customers
- Working on a team that is focused on Integrated, MRO, or OEM fastener sourcing

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Possess or are working towards a Engineering, business or related degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in spanish and english
- Prior experience in purchasing or maintenance
- Prior experience working with industrial products
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Possess a valid United States Visa
- _Availability to travel_

**Experience**:

- Purchasing or maintenance: 1 year (Desirable)
- Knowledge of industrial products: 1 year (Desirable)
