Key Responsibilities: System throughout the company, including any business accreditations -Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business - Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system - Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors - Host external Quality System audits - Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents - Assist with training of quality awareness - Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems - Independently determine approach and assigned tasks People Management - Lead and/or support document control personnel - Train people within own work group Skills & Attributes - Knowledge of quality systems under ISO9001, AS9100, ISO-TS16946 and/or ISO14001 schemes - Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) - Lean Manufacturing knowledge - Understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and measurement - Planning and prioritizing activities - Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to present data effectively - Team working and Problem-solving skills - Ability to work on own initiative

Experiência y requisitos
- Engineering degree 5 Years’ experience of working in Quality Assurance -Internal Auditor qualifications/ Lead Auditor preferably -Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace -Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills - Experience of QMS, Internal Audits, Regulations - Experience dealing whit FAA, Certifying body's and customers audits - Proficient English skills (written and spoken)
