**Position Summary**:
Support the sales force by developing new products and disseminating the information generated to Jco staff, distributors and end customers, always with the goal of solving our customers' problems and achieving sales. Establish in-house trials in order to generate information that helps make decisions about new products/projects for the company.

**Job Status**:

- Full-Time
- Salaried
- Reports to: Development Manager
- Location: Sinaloa

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Establishment of in-house trials of Pre-Commercial products
- Coordination, design and execution of demonstration plots of commercial products.
- Product evaluation and performance.
- Information processing and preparation of final reports.
- Dissemination of information through training talks to Jco personnel, distributors and end customers.
- Implement plant nutrition management.
- Participate in agricultural expos
- Visit agricultural techniques

**Education**:
Graduated Agricultural Engineer

**Experience / Skills / Abilities**:

- Knowledge of the region
- 3-4 years in a similar position (preferred)
- Skills in chemistry and fertilizer evaluation
- Proficiency in spelling and report writing, public speaking and presenting, negotiation, initiative, and organization
- Knowledge of crop nutrition and fertigation plans
- Experience in field trials, statistical analysis, and familiarity with the main crops of the corresponding region
- Proficiency in office platforms, Internet, and Outlook
- Ability to build relationships with farmers, strong communication skills, and professional ethics

**Job Expectations / Working Conditions**:

- 85% fieldwork (producer visits, talks, field days, evaluations)
- 15% office work (expense reports, preparation of technical reports)
