**Position Summary**:
Establish in-house trials to generate information that helps in decision-making for new products/projects for the company. Support the sales force through technical and field development of new products and the dissemination of the generated information to Gowan personnel, distributors, and end customers, always with the goal of solving our customers' problems and achieving sales.

**Job Status**:

- Full-Time
- Salaried
- Reports to: Field Development Manager
- Location: North of Mexico (from Nayarit, Durango, and Coahuila to Baja California)

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Establishment of in-house trials of pre-commercial products
- Prepare field reports with statistical analysis
- Coordinate demonstration plots for commercial products
- Process information and prepare final reports
- Disseminate information through training talks to Gowan personnel, distributors, and end customers

**Education**:

- Required: Degree in Agricultural Engineering.

**Experience / Skills / Abilities**:

- Languages: Spanish / English 50% (Desirable)
- Experience: 3 years in a similar position.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite, Internet, Outlook.
- Field Trial Execution: Experience in conducting field trials, statistical analysis, and knowledge of the main crops in the corresponding region.
- Excellent Service Attitude: Proactive and service-oriented.
- People Skills: Ability to build rapport with farmers, articulate communication.

**Job Expectations / Working Conditions**:

- Travel Requirement: Yes, throughout the country (especially the northern region).
- Work Distribution: 70% fieldwork and 30% office work.
