ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

**Position Summary**
This position will provide analytical Support to the Customs Supervisor and will help to Coordinate import and export processes of the company ensuring compliance with Mexican and international regulations, with a focus on continuous improvement, reducing time, costs, etc.

**Key Duties And Responsibilities**
- Controlling the import and export operations
- Handling customs clearance and legal review and approval of customs documentation.
- Analysis of new routes or transport lines
- Managing of legal formalities
- Review tax calculations to ensure cash flow
- Management and Control of Annex 24 and Annex 31
- Annual Reports IMMEX
- Coordinate the Certification of VAT to SAT
- Back up Customs Supervisor
- Prepare Special reports as the need arises

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

**Education Required**
Bachelor’s Degree

**Education Desired**
Master’s Degree

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

**Work Experience Required**
- Required: 2 - 4 Years Strong Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Desired: 3 - 5 Years SAP Experience

**Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired**
- Language: Fluent English - (able to establish business conversation)
- General Knowledge: Customs Law, regulations on foreign trade, international treaties, logistics, warehouse, Incoterms
- Experience in industries with IMMEX and Annex 24 program
- Intermediate Excel (advanced desirable)
- Previous experience with ERP (SAP Desirable / Oracle)
- Experience in care of steps with the Ministry of Economy and SAT
- Certificates of Origin, Pedimentos, Glosa
- Essential experience in Foreign Trade Operations via air, sea and land
- Organized
