The Import and Export analyst is responsible for all compliance of Import and Export Operations of the company including IMMEX. Is responsible for all customs activities, such as customs compliance, revision of documents and fullfill all operations without delays. Analyst will handle all logistic matters related to import and export, such as coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documentation etc.Responsabilities:Manage IMMEX, Anexo 24 and Anexo 30 discharge reports and operations related to VAT Certification.To have full understanding of the customs broker requirements, to make sure all activities are executed according to legal compliance.To recommend the most efficient way of transport and evaluate these transportation arrangements for constant improvement.Analyze KPI’s report identify process improvements for CTPAT and logistics ops.Efficient customer service administration, accuracy and timeliness of logistics suppliers.Provide logistics support, coordinating product transportation and import/export activitiesMaintain master data relating to part numbers, BOMs, HTS Codes and IMMEX catalogues.
