**British American Tobacco MEXICO** **has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Executive** **in Monterrey.**

The Facilities Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the physical workplace infrastructure to ensure a world-class experience within the Digital Business Solutions HUB. The role emphasizes effective facilities operations, vendor management, and maintenance of an optimal environment that aligns with the company’s mission and values. This position will focus on all aspects of facility upkeep, workplace design, and continuous improvements to the physical space, enhancing the overall experience for employees and visitors alike.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Evaluate and manage facility-related projects, budgets, and costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related continuity procedures.
- Implement feedback channels for continuous improvement in the workplace experience.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure facility-related emergency preparedness.

**What are we looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Facilities Management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and workplace resource planning.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
