This role will work with one of our largest team focused on developing software for an incredible product that helps improve the quality of life for people with diabetes. This is an hybrid position, so this requires to be located in Tijuana, Mexico.

**How will you make an impact?**
- Collaborate on technical, cross-functional projects within the SW R&D
- Utilize project management best practices and tools to coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
- Lead and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to team members
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Prepare and compile necessary presentation materials
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate with core team leadership and project management to ensure project deadlines are met
- Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as needed
- Assess and organize project risks/issues and associated potential impacts in conjunction with the project schedule and budget, providing solutions where applicable
- Ensure projects adhere to product development framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Track and maintain documentation and status of tasks for assigned projects and programs
