**Position Summary**

**Essential Job Duties/Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop technical configuration change steps.
- Assists with the initial implementation and continued maintenance of content in system.

**Job Qualifications/Education**:

- BS degree in related IT or business field or equivalent work experience
- Preferred 2+ years of directly related experience such as working in product implementation
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business, and technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills required
- Technical coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
- Experience in a matrix team environment
- Strong client orientation and customer service skills to understand and drive customer solutions.
- Able to translate client’s business needs/requirements and present issues to a range of audience members
- Familiarity with real estate concepts is a plus

**Additional information**:

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule Monday to Friday 7AM to 5PM PT
- After six months eligible for hybrid work based on meeting performance expectations
