**_ In this role, you will perform compliance analysis on purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), ensuring adherence to the client's procurement policies and sourcing guidelines._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:

- **_Perform compliance analysis on purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), ensuring adherence to the client's procurement policies and sourcing guidelines._**:

- **_Support tactical purchasing activities to meet operational spending within established limits._**:

- **_Manage transactional buying desk activities, including creating, modifying, and issuing purchase orders._**:

- **_Conduct quote analysis and provide recommendations, considering supplier suitability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness._**:

- **_Collaborate with operational teams to review the pipeline and monitor savings opportunities._**:

- **_Work in partnership with onshore procurement teams and business units to meet purchasing requirements, deliver strategic benefits, and ensure compliance with existing contracts._**:

- **_Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing reliable and timely support._**:

- **_Assume additional responsibilities as assigned. -_**:

- **_Required Experience and Skills_**:

- **_Practical experience in operational and tactical purchasing, including PR/PO management, follow-up with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries._**

**_Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**
- **_Experience in indirect spend purchasing._**:

- **_Working knowledge of Coupa (preferred), SAP, Service Now, or similar procurement/CRM systems; proficiency in MS Office._**
