Esta persona será responsable de **desarrollar nuevas oportunidades**, liderar el ciclo completo de ventas y construir relaciones de largo plazo con empresas grandes (corporate/enterprise).

Buscamos a alguien con mentalidad hunter, visión estratégica y enfoque en resultados.

**Responsabilidades clave**
- Identificar, prospectar y conectar con nuevas cuentas clave
- Liderar el ciclo completo de venta: diagnóstico, propuesta de valor, negociación y cierre
- Comprender las necesidades específicas del cliente y traducirlas en soluciones efectivas
- Gestionar relaciones a nível dirección general, comercial y financiero (C-Level)
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, producto y operaciones para asegurar una implementación fluida
- Mantener el CRM actualizado con información precisa sobre el pipeline y cuentas activas
- Cumplir metas mensuales de prospección, reuniones, oportunidades creadas y revenue generado

**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 3 años en ventas B2B con enfoque consultivo
- Experiência con cuentas grandes o empresas AAA
- Deseable: experiência en SaaS o tecnología
- Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas como HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y análisis de necesidades
- Autonomía, organización y orientación a resultados
