We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to propose and monitor compliance with policies and procedures that strengthen the Organizational Culture and promote a healthy relationship between the Company and the workers.
Do you have what it takes?
- Advice for the prevention of occupational risks and a correct measurement of the work environment on the production floor (for example: disagreements on the part of the worker, labor demands).
Are you up for the challenge?
- Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of internal procedures and policies
- Attention and resolution of problems related to personnel at the operational level
- Management of different projects within the labor relations department
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Psychology, LAE, Communication, Law.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in support and attention to unionized personnel, management of indicators, dealing with suppliers, in industrial environments preferably.
- Skills: Communication, negotiation, analytical skills, with a high sense of urgency and adaptation to change potential problems, as well as solve and correct them in a timely manner.
