We are looking for a proactive and organized **HR Coordinator** to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and internal communication strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of labor law and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.

Experiência y requisitos

Coordinate recruitment and selection for administrative and operational positions.

Implement and monitor onboarding and orientation processes.

Support employee relations, disciplinary processes, and internal investigations.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Manage HR metrics, turnover analysis, and reporting.

Collaborate in internal events, recognition programs, and organizational culture projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- ** Minimum 3 years of experience in HR coordination (preferably in manufacturing industry).**:

- ** Advanced English (spoken and written).**:

- Knowledge of **Mexican labor law, NOMs, LFT**, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
