Grow with us as **HR Intern **at **Kellogg**. **You will be responsible of Supporting the human resources team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, managing information, documenting processes and contributing with fresh new ideas of improvement.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

In your role as **HR Intern**, you will be part of our success by:

- Supporting Human Resources Processes such as: Talent Acquisition, Learning & development, Engagement, Benefits and payroll.
- Improve initiatives
- Contribute with the control of the area
- Be part of the Talent, development and Payroll process and consolidate information
- Report and control processes

**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in** Human Resources**, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:

- Student in Administration, Psychology, industrial engineering or related
- Have at least one year of university left
- Advanced English
- Intermediate/advaced Excel
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
- Nimble learning

**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**
- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
- Kellogg Company does not require any payment during the Recruiting process.
