**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage billings for accounts on weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis using SalesForce
- Ensure billing instructions are up to date with the billing process
- Maintain collection notes on assigned accounts
- Other Ad Hoc requests as required

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree in Finance / Business / Accounting preferred
- SalesForce experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and report writing skills
- Ability to work as a team or independently as situation requires
- Must have strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments under tight deadlines with a calm manner
- Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including senior management
- Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Must be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands
- Must be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 11320, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
