**JOB SUMMARY**

Managing the cafeteria service supplier ensuring they provide good quality service with the right staff to prepare food with all the hygienic and nutrition parameters, while maintaining good presentation and meeting scheduled times. Ensure compliance with the contract between company and suppliers. Ensure in conjunction with the medical area, all processes for the preparation and handling of food.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform audits of hygiene and cleanliness according to the Standard-093SSA in conjunction with the Medical service
- Randomly monitor the service before the start of meals (plate shows, visual aids, etc.)
- Weekly review of preventive maintenance program and annual preventive maintenance plan to ensure they meet compliance
- Review and approval of menus planned by the supplier
- Participation in audits of SSA
- Review of audits of the service and procedures followed by the supplier
- Monitoring and supervision of special services
- Review and preparation of billing
- Purchase and control small appliances
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the supplier meets within our internal policies, certifications and STPS (COEPRIS) while being in conjunction with the Medical Service
- Ensure supplier staff receive induction to the basic rules of Jabil, this includes ISO's, QS's, distinctive H, etc
- Understanding and monitoring the requirements of RoHS and Teamwork
- Monitoring of complaints, suggestions or concerns about service
- Publication of daily satisfaction service metrics
- Inventory Control and earthenware
- Administration of overtime service and track of it
- Coordinate meetings with the supplier, medical area and Facilities for tracking discrepancies to auditsControl of the badge Jabil provide to the supplier employees
- Send HC information to the supplier(percentage of absenteeism, holidays)
- Schedule and modify cafeteria services and special services
- Administer Committee for weekly menu selection
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
