As a Procurement Specialist, you will be key in managing the company's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining high-quality standards. If you are a proactive individual with a strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation skills, and exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, we invite you to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English (C2 is a must, both spoken and written) _Please take the Indeed English assessment as we do _consider this metric _very seriously_
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proactive
- Assertive
- Negotiating Skills
- Speaking skills (You will be making multiple outbound calls to suppliers)
- Basic business knowledge
- Tourist Visa preferable

**Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts.
- **Sourcing**: Identify and source reliable suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and manage the procurement process to optimize costs and quality.
- **Cost Analysis**: Conduct cost analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- **Procurement**: Ensure the presence of necessary materials for the construction of solar arrays from the foundation onwards.
