You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered, issues are resolved quickly, and their overall experience reflects our company’s values. **Work Schedule**:

- ** US Hours**: The role requires a commitment to working during US hours.
- ** Full-time Shift**: Monday to Friday
- ** Client Account Management**: Proven experience in effectively managing client accounts.
- ** Industry Experience**: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably on the agency side.
- ** Quick Thinking**: Ability to think on your feet and adeptly solve problems.
- ** Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills. - VERY IMPORTANT
