**NORLA Cost Finance BP**

**Your task and responsabilities**:

- Financial Steering of Field, Plant and Overheads Costs, provide early warnings of variances, responsible for cost challenges implementation and tracking.
- Member of Local Production Leadership Forums representing PS Finance, financial advisor providing recommendations to steer the business & optimize production costs.
- Coordinate the development of cost financial models & Business scenarios in order to make recommendations to the business & contribute to improve cost estimation processes through innovation & digitalization.
- Coordinate COGS2A and Variances Analysis, Consolidation and Reporting to different stakeholders.
- Launches & Pipeline Analysis: Evaluate & Measure pipeline assessments and develop business cases for senior leadership decision making supporting Short and Long Term Strategies.
- Lead Crop Plan analysis assessing from the financial perspective, optimal production volume level; including cost, inventory, cash flow & inventory obsolescence; short, mid & long term impacts and manage to comunicate to Senior Leadership.
- Coordinate inventory forecasting financial analysis, consolidation & reporting.
- Compliance: Attend audits and provide information related to cost & inventory matters.
- System Management responsible for delivery the support needed in the system enhancements initiatives and coordinate the team activities.
- Co-lead in the System enhancement initiatives.
- Lead & Develop a team of Financial & business analysts and Review the team analysis assure the proper sign-off of the process.
- Closely manage team goals, act as a couch seeking continuous improvement for daily processes

**Who you are**:

- Bachelors degree, on Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering
- 07+ years cumulative experience in different areas of Finance.
- Previous experience in FP&A and Controllership.
- Key competencies, Analytical Skills, Results Orientation, Digital Acumen, Business Acumen, Fast Learner, Initiative Manages Ambiguity Communication, organization, influencing skills required.
- Fluent English and Spanish
