Digital Sales Specialist

We're looking for: A motivated self-starter who can handle a high-velocity sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience Our Digital Sales Specialists are at the forefront of our customer experience for both new and existing customers of Zendesk. In the role, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer. You will do this by providing several touchpoints across the customer journey to help them have an informed buying decision. This is a new team at Zendesk, so you will be one of the founding members in what will be a fast-growing area for our business.
**Instructions**:
- Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels
- Actively resolve prospect and customer enquiries to drive online business conversion rates
- Become an expert on Zendesk products
- Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity. You will also have a shared revenue target to contribute to.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written communications skills in English
- Will require working with clients/prospects based in the US
- 1+ years of sales specialist experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task
