**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage the HRMS and ensure the accuracy of all data.
- Ensure data security, and grant access only to authorized personnel.
- Maintain employee data in the HRMS (Paycom).
- Generate and share reports with other management teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and make necessary changes.
- Train and support other users of the HRIS system.
- Ensure the HRMS complies with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure the HRMS performs well and resolve system errors.
- Assist with data audits and ensure data quality is correct and complete.

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software and databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain its confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.
- Understanding of HR processes, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with people within and outside the company.
