Inter-Con remains 100% family owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high-requirement security solutions.- Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters._**Job Summary**The IT Monitoring Analyst is responsible for monitoring IT systems, network performance, cloud infrastructure and operational dashboards—The role includes identifying alerts, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating validated issues to the appropriate teams. During quiet periods, the analyst will support the IT department by handling standard help desk tickets.
