**Position Summary**:
The Vice President of Commercial of AutoZone Mexico is to direct and supervise all functional areas of the Commercial Operation in Mexico leading and ensuring the sales continuous growth the development of strategy and the proper operation of the area according to the policies, procedures, culture and values of the company, to achieve compliance the annual goals of sales, profitability, in the company's stores; ensure that the staff of the Commercial area of stores and process improvement of the store support center are properly trained in all activities inherent to their position. Participates as a key member of the Mexico leadership team providing input and advice on strategic initiatives affecting the business unit, such as operating plan strategies, tactics, budget, and cost reduction projects.

**Position Responsibilities:
Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives and Direct the resolution of problems of the operation that impact sales and commercial strategies.

Define, Leads and establish the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

Define the commercial strategy and the objectives that contribute to the achievement of the sales goal through the design and analysis of training programs, incentives and remuneration.

Direct the sales force at the National level, distributing the Regional Sales Managers in the territory and follow up to establish the opportune changes in the strategies in case they are necessary.

Direct, plan and organize special sales and marketing programs based on sales status and market evaluation.

Direct and establish operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities; Approve the commercial channels of the company or organization, its structure, size and routes

Establish and manage budgets, control expenses and ensure the efficient use of resources.

Collaborate with the Vice Presidents of Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance in decision-making such as selection of distribution channels, sales plans, sales objectives, network size, new products, modification of existing ones, promotional campaigns.

**Position Requirements**:

- Level of Formal Education: A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent
- Years of Experience: More than seven years.
- Type of Experience: 10-15 years of experience in commercial / commercial retail practices / Sales
