Senior Integration Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a leader in virtual Chronic Care Management (CCM) for healthcare providers - one of the largest new markets in healthcare. The solution combines a care management SaaS platform, remote patient monitoring devices, and digital care management services to provide the personal touch often missing in healthcare. By combining advanced technology and clinical nursing staff, the solution augments existing client resources allowing them to reach an entire panel of patients monthly to close gaps in care, reduce costs, and deliver better clinical and financial outcomes. Virtual Care Management solutions and services platform that enables providers to receive reimbursement, optimize VBC performance, and provide better care through Medicare programs like Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integration solutions that connect the client’s systems with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management systems such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, and Allscripts. It will involve working with HL7v2 interface development, including ADT, DFT, and MDM, as well as HL7v3/CCD/CCDA and FHIR API development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integrations are seamless and meet the users' needs.Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience working in IT Healthcare.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering and IT operations.
- Experience working with customer IT teams.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with HL7v2 interface development.
- Knowledge of an integration engine such as Mirth.
- Experience with HL7v3/CCDA/CCD.
- Familiarity with FHIR.
- 2-3 years of experience coding in a scripting language like Ruby or JavaScript.
Responsibilities:

- Work with customer IT teams to build HL7v2 Interfaces to an agreed-upon spec.
- Cooperate with the Internal Engineering Department to coordinate new features and architecture.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations built with Ruby/Restful APIs.
- Research connectivity options for new EHR vendors.
- Monitor for and resolve connectivity issues daily.
- Document implementation progress in project management software and/or ticketing systems.
