Mazak Mexico is looking for a _**Field Service Engineer**_ based in Monterrey _**and serving entire Mexico Country**_.

As a _**Field Service Engineer**_, you’ll be supporting our customers with **installation, maintenance and repair of Mazak CNC machine installed base (turning, machining center)**, focused on customer satisfaction and based on world class service attitude and skills.

Your way to impact:

- Take the initiative to learn all aspects of machine installation and repair.
- Perform installation of machines and accessories, including necessary assembly, leveling, alignment, adjustment, calibration and wiring.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software problems on machines and accessories.
- Test the operation of machines and accessories after completing installation or repair.
- Learn about new machine features and accessories as they become available.
- Complete reports documenting hours, installation, evaluation of reported problems, repairs completed, and parts installed.
- Maintain a professional approach in appearance and interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Travel as needed, with some assignments requiring overnight or multi-night stays.
- Provide support at events such as exhibitions, open days and technology days.
- Generate administrative reports, such as expense reports and utilization reports, according to the needs and policies of Mazak México.

**What do you need to bring**:

- Engineer degree - Mechanical, mechatronic, industrial.
- Or 2-year technical training or associate degree in electronics, mechanical or machine tool assembly.
- Good interpersonal and oral and written communications skills
- Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude.
- Read/understand engineering drawings.
- Ability to work on own or in group while completing necessary tasks.
- Capability to learn quickly and independently.
- Ability to problem solve & research technical manuals and websites.
- English language level B1 or higher / 70 TOEFL
- Willingness to travel constantly
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Following qualifications are plus
- **Operate, maintenance and installation of CNC machines**(lathe, machining center, multitasking)
- G-code EIA/ISO programming
- CAM software
