The **CS&L Assistant** will be responsible for supporting the Hill's Mexico CS&L processes for Customer service, Order to Invoice, Demand Planning, Inventory stock management & logistics. This position will be responsible to ensure the business complies & exceeds the customer needs, engages with the CDT team to satisfy the market's demand and drive sales growth. Also, it's responsible to build and strengthen the customer's relationship, analyze data to make decisions, simplify processes and drive continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer service & Order to invoice process - Ensure Purchase orders are processed correctly and on time.
Ensure Logistic T&C ́s are complied & address customer specific needs
- Reverse logistics management
- Identify/implement opportunities for automation & reduce order touches
- Demand planning - Guarantee the supply & demand pipeline is aligned with the commercial plans
- Conduct monthly root cause analysis leading to services issues & SLOB
- Participate within the forecast consensus process in alignment with CDT team
- Anticipate for sudden changes in the demand & prebuild management (promotional ́s & new Sku's)- Inventory stock management - Ensure minimum Inventory levels are effectively displayed
- Inventory strategy management (MOS, safety stock, Min & Max)
- Balance compare management (HUP vs MXH1 WMS)
- Conduct wall to wall physical inventory count ( 1 per semester)
- Logistics - Imports process & Mexico's warehouse management (MXH1)
- Track & trace replenishment shipments & monitor warehouse KPI’s
- Ensure warehousing best practices are well set to comply with the global requirements. (Logistics, warehousing, quality & regulatory)
- Process 3PL ́s purchase orders
- Identify & implement FTG projects to deliver regional goal
- Continuous improvement to simplify the operation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree (or studying last semester) in industrial engineering, business administration, international trade or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in CS&L, demand planning or Inventory management.
- Advanced English level.
- Basic knowledge in Google Tools.
- Experience working with SAP
- Excel intermediate knowledge.
