**Job Description**:
Sourced is seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to support our bookkeepers in managing the daily financial operations of multiple small business clients.

Duties and Responsibility
- Enter financial transactions by accurately posting details of business transactions (funds received, disbursed, expenses) into accounting software and ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) by tracking invoices, processing payments to vendors, and maintaining balance sheets related to loans and credit balances Manage accounts receivable (AR) by generating invoices and tracking payments.
- Prepare bank deposits by organizing cash and checks and preparing them for deposits at the bank.
- Reconcile accounts by comparing account statements (bank statements, credit card statements) with the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finances/ Accounting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with any of the following tools/platforms: QuickBooks, QBO, Microsoft Office,WellSky, and/or AccessCare
- Accounting experience with in-home care businesses a plus
