Parques De San Felipe -Chihuahua, Chihuahua**:**Position: Import Export Assistant**We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Export Assistant to manage logistics and documentation in international trade. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods, compliance with customs regulations, and support the Operations Manager.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate import/export processes with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers- Prepare and review shipping and customs documents- Arrange transportation and track shipments- Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations- Maintain accurate records of transactions- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, finance, and accounting teams- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock- Support market trend analysis and strategy development**Required Skills**:- Organizational and time management skills- Attention to detail in documentation- Proficiency in import-export software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge of US customs regulations and international shipping procedures- Effective written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Analytical mindset and adaptability**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field- Experience in import-export operations and logistics- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international trade documentation- Proficiency in import-export software and tools- Understanding of INCO terms and international trade terms- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus)- Membership in relevant professional organizations (preferred)- Minimum 6 months of experience in international logistics (required)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Inicial**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Importación y Exportación**Habilidades**:- Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Advanced english- Strong organizational skills
