Activities for Spare parts logistics for Mexico:

- Review invoices and packing list from suppliers
- Arrange pick up
- Tracking of the orders

Activities for clear customs Mexico:

- Request confront that the goods are completed
- Request transfer the goods to the customs warehouse
- Request check list and photos of the goods against invoice
- Review documents (invoice, declaration, pedimento, AWB, NOM’s certification, duty)
- Validation of pedimento and payment
- Start process for exit customs
- Request delivery to the Ingenico warehouse

Reporting
- Review accounts
- Consolidate files with invoices and documents to send to payment
- Consolidate import operation Report
- Data stage report
- Consolidate accounting report for Finance

Activities for the IMMEX operation:
Import from BCS Arkansas ( Walmart)
- Request pick up to the US forwarder
- Tracking of the shipments from BCS Arkansas to Brownsville
- Confirm reception of shipment in GEASA
- Obtain information from IRP (serials, PN, country of origin)
- Generate proforma invoices for import
- Send proforma invoice to Broker for customs process
- Check pedimento details
- Coordinate customs clearance
- Tracking and confirmation of arrival to Mexico City Warehouse

Import for US customers (New partner in Brownsville)
- Check RMA reception in Brownsville in a daily basis
- Obtain information from IRP (serials, PN, country of origin)
- Generate proforma invoices for import
- Send proforma invoice to Broker for customs process
- Check pedimento details
- Coordinate customs clearance
- Tracking and confirmation of arrival to Mexico City Warehouse

Export (For all US customers in a daily basis)
- Request pick up and shipment tracking from Mexico City Warehouse
- Prepare proforma invoices
- Raise tickets to generate CFDI invoices
- Coordinate customs clearance
- Tracking and confirmation of arrival to BCS Arkansas, Alpharetta Georgia or Brownsville

Reporting
- Consolidate files with invoices and documents to send to payment.
- Update IMMEX Cost report
- Consolidate General Report with serial numbers imported and exported for ANEXO 31 (updated by WIMBA to the authority)
- Data stage report
- INEGI report
