**Funciones**:

- Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería, fabricación, abastecimiento, análisis de materiales y logística de Monterrey para satisfacer las necesidades de piezas de recambio.
- Proporcionar liderazgo en la gestión de proyectos. Identificar, evaluar, incorporar y gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores locales y globales para el apoyo de piezas de repuesto en los proyectos asignados y proporcionar actualizaciones mensuales sobre el progreso de abastecimiento.
- Desarrollar y realizar RFI, RFP y RFQ. Analizar las respuestas de los proveedores. Dirigir las negociaciones con los proveedores y seleccionar aquellos que cumplan o superen los requisitos de Terex para el negocio de piezas de recambio, haber trabajado con MRPS,Solucion de causa raiz
- Coordinar con los jefes de categoría del mercado de recambios y los equipos interfuncionales la gestión de los cambios de ingeniería del mercado de recambios, los lanzamientos de nuevos productos/programas, las transiciones comerciales de los proveedores y el soporte de recambios entre empresas, para garantizar el éxito de los lanzamientos de productos y la continuidad del suministro de recambios para el mercado de recambios.
- Impulsar la mejora continua de los procesos y la simplificación empresarial en el negocio de piezas de recambio para lograr el éxito a largo plazo.
- Viajar a las instalaciones de los proveedores según sea necesario para evaluar sus capacidades e investigar nuevas oportunidades.

**Requisitos**

Experiência 3 años en adelante como Supply chain/Procurment

Ingles conversacional

Visa y pasaporte vigente
- Conocimientos técnicos y capacidad para leer planos técnicos, especificaciones y aplicaciones.
