**Job Description: Customer Service Representative**

**Location**:Guadalajara, Jalisco

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely, clear, and solution-oriented support.
- Coordinate with the project coordinator team

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced English (C1,C2)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, project management, and telecommunications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Solid experience with Excel

**Soft Skills**:

- Empathy and active listening
- Organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience with Excel
- Project management tools
- Background in telecommunications or construction

**Schedule**:

- Monday to friday from 8am to 5pm
- Salary range from (15-16 Net)
