As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the administrative activities of the assigned warehouses, ensuring efficient management, compliance with internal policies and external regulations, as well as proper supervision and execution of administrative processes related to the defined expense budget, preparation of financial reports, and the development of action plans to address detected deviations in collaboration with the team. This position reports directly to the Administrative Lead. **Key Responsibilities** - Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the administrative activities of the assigned warehouses. - Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the managed sites through adherence to the maintenance schedule and fulfillment of required supply needs. - Responsible for monitoring budget execution across assigned warehouses, detecting deviations, and implementing corrective measures or escalating issues when required. - Responsible for preparing and authorizing internal purchase order requests necessary to support operational needs. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative coordination, warehouse management, or operational areas. - Proven experience in budget control and preparation of financial reports. - Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations related to administrative management. **You will have benefits: Holidays, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.** **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
