- The ability to prepare detailed designs in accordance with builder specifications and architectural drawings using 20-20 design software to be able to generate pricing quotes, layouts, and perspectives to show customers.
- Working directly with customers to design their dream designs.
- Conduct design consultation meetings and provide follow-up and project communications.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Willingness to assist in training future new hires.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager.
