- Keep a one-month backlog of work by sealing the deal on outstanding quotes.
- Boost revenue from existing accounts by 10%—let’s grow together

- Secure a shiny new work order from a fresh customer every week
- Help the cold call team crush their metrics

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our goals.
- Discover new business opportunities and nurture strong client relationships.
- Dive into sales data and market trends to optimize our performance.
- Keep our Sales CRM as organized as your sock drawer
- Review and enhance the quality of calls made by our cold-calling team.

- Proven experience in sales or business development—your track record speaks for itself
- Strong skills in data analysis and spotting market trends.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
**Expected Hours**: 40 per week
