- Create and constantly improve excellent goods availability with healthy stock structure, rangemanagement and accurate forecasting at the lowest possible cost.
- Synchronize with commercial needs and activities for the best goods availability at the lowest possible cost.
- Be an active partner in the commercial team and work as a communication link between the store and regional Retail Supply Integration.

**Your assignment**

Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with Regional Retail Supply Integration team as well as Store Commercial team to secure the highest possible goods availability for launches, country and local store activities as well as excellent availability - everyday.
- Contribute to the store business plan and logistics action plan. Ensure the logistics actions agreed in the store business plan are implemented within the Sales and Supply Support team.
- Maximise successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering to ensure they are align with the commercial calendar and within the store capacity.
- Work actively with the Goods Flow Manager in analysing stock discrepancies and support the Logistics and Business Navigation Manager with the analysis of the discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
- Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store, thereby constantly maintaining a healthy stock structure - overstock, concrete and past EDS stocks are within an acceptable level.
- Work actively with the commercial team on the range change process and ensuring the required article parameters are in place to support the timely sales start of NEWS thereby creating a sense of vitality for our visitors.

- Skilled in creating an efficient and cost-effective commercial performance.

- I know how to analyse and prioritize KPI's to be included in business and action plans.
- I know the different factors and processes that can impact stock accuracy.
- I can track and follow up on the results of the stock structure KPIs.
- I know how to plan and support competence development.
