**Purpose of the Position**:
Responsible for the migration of load centers to the market, provide technical support and guidance to clients, regarding the whole process and electrical adaptations and oversee the metering infrastructure of SyEM.

**Responsabilities and Job Functions**:

- **Execute the activities related of the physical infrastructure the qualified supplier business has, including the servers located at CFE offices and to manage the maintenance of them.**:

- **Ensure the communication between customers´ meters and CFE all times. Responsible of managing with CFE Transmission, CFE Distribution, Engie IT and SYEM customers the necessary activities so that the metering data is available and is the same as the data used by CENACE.**:

- **Execute the entire process of the commissioning of clients including all the related desk and physical activities involved (RUCs, connection contracts, registration of assets, diagnostic requests, among others) to obtain the necessary permits and achieve the start of supply in the times projected in the supply start-up schedules.**:

- **Execute project management and execution of tasks to achieve the migration of clients to the market in a timely manner.**:

- **Provide attention to clients on non-working hours (shift system) regarding supply interruptions or failures. Execute the process related to report supply interruptions or failures and to find solutions regarding supply interruptions/failures and ensure an excellent client service experience to the clients.**:

- **Manage with CFE the work of electrical adaptations of the measurement systems. Coordinate with customers, the dates and execution of succesful Libranzas.**:

- **Advise clients in the process of executing electrical adaptations from the hiring of contractors and all process to comply with the technical requirements established by the CFE.**:

- **Participate and help in the creation and development of a ticket systems for supply interruptions and implementation of project management software related to the commissioning activity.**:

- Ensure 100% of client satisfaction. Perform all the required activities for the Technical Client Service area to successfully serve clients.

**Ocupational Profile**:

- Electrical Engineer, Energy Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Technical Skills: Project management, Microsoft Office, Knowledge of the MEM, Manual de Registro y Acreditación, Understanding of electrical single line diagrams, Calculate transformation ratios for measuring equipment according to demand and voltage level, knowledge of current regulations for measurement systems, operation of electric energy meters and instrument transformers, installation and communication tests, meter interrogation software, digital skills is a plus
- Key Skills: Project management, effective written and oral communication, knowledge of the organizational structure of CFE Distribution and CFE transmission, communication for the relationship with CFE, customer service skills, sense of urgency, commit to deliver results, proactivity, collaborative.
