**Responsibilities**:**TP4**General Profile- Leads others to solve complex- problems- Works independently- Impacts the achievement of client, operational, project or service objectivesFunctional Knowledge- Is a Subject Matter expert in the product, processes, and job rules.- Has significant package of experiences and advanced technical skillsBusiness Expertise- Able to fully understand the business and customer needs and to propose best practices to improve products, processes orservicesLeadership- Leads projects with resource requirements, risk, and/or complexityProblem Solving- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation- Requires interaction with broader range of stakeholders with client and business impact- Leads sophisticated root cause analysisImpact- Impacts the achievement of client, operational, project or service objectives- Impacts product customizationInterpersonal Skills- Communicates difficult or complex concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view- Anticipates potential customer Objections and manage customer escalationsQualifications and experience:- 3-4 years in technical engineering role- Bachelor degree in finance or computer science or engineering- 3 years of experience in the bank or at some financial software vendor- Bachelor or Executive Course in Operating Systems or Databases is a plusStrategic Goals & Deliverables:- Manage complex case- Mentor / Coach the rest of team members- Act as a Product Subject Matter expert : expand the skills to defect product Fixes and Product Requirement validation- Acting as Preferred Active Support Leader
