Business Intelligence Developer, Senior

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Business Intelligence Developer provides support to the **_Omnitracs_** organization by providing systems and infrastructure support for the design, development and support of business intelligence dashboards and databases utilizing BI Tools, i.e. QlikView. This role requires the individual to be a self-starter, to work independently and to balance multiple development projects while maintaining high levels of productivity. This role may require the individual to identify business process improvements and to lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years’ experience supporting/leading business intelligence teams
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Knowledge of SQL, SOQL programming languages
- Experience in optimization, simulation, and/or predictive analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor other BI developers
- Ability to present highly technical information to audiences of various technical abilities in clear and concise manner
- Willingness to attend/provide internal & external training on demand and as needed
- Ability to document work and report findings to all levels of the management team
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage individual and team deadlines
- Experience with data visualization tools, i.e., QlikView, QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau
