**Where the Chemistry Happens**
- Execute communication initiatives, coordinate and ensure consistency of messaging both internally and externally

***Formula for Success**

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications topics for ECT Mexico

Participate in the development of the Communications strategy

Liaise with the global G-ECT communications community and EC Communications

Facilitate key organizational messages and policies via existing internal communications channels

Manage the internal communication channels to increase effectiveness of messaging

Support the Communication Specialist -NA in developing content for the NA intranet page

Support the Communication Specialist -NA for the NPS program

Assist with any internal events including town halls or live/virtual events in Mexico

Support the Communication Specialist -NA for the leads and inquiries from the website

Support the Regional Communication Manager for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation

Support special events from a Communications perspective

Actively participate in the launch of new products

Manage and approve branding for promotional items

**Ingredients for Success**
- College Degree
- Excellent communications and analytical skills
- Fluent English
- 5 years communication experience
