The Cash and Trade Proc Rep is an entry level role responsible for reviewing and performing simple transactions in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. **Responsibilities**: - Serve as the checker role for transactions and adhere to all required procedures and controls - Provide assistance for all moderately complex operational processes as needed - Participate in system and client testing - Assist in training team members - Assist with special reports and projects as needed **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. Calificaciones: - Entre 1 y 2 años de experiência relevante. - Manejo de Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc) - Manejo de sistemas de pago (Banca electrónica, SPEI, etc.) - Conocimientos contables (interpretación de estados de cuenta), fiscales y legales básicos - Conocimientos de administración de empresas - Experiência básica en procesamiento de administración de efectivo y servicios de transacción. **Responsabilidades**: - Monitoreo y pago de las instrucciones recibidas ejecución maker - Ejecución en Bancas Electrónicas instrucciones de pago - Ejecución en tiempo la entrega / recepción de valores - Realizar los movimientos para cheques de caja - Participación en el desarrollo de sistemas para la operación e introducción de nuevos productos - Participación constante en los requerimientos por parte de las diversas auditorías practicadas al área de operaciones. - Atender las actividades de investigación y resolución de problemas entre las áreas de Negocio y Operaciones. - Participar activamente en ambientes de prueba que permiten la continuidad del negocio - Participar de forma activa en las pruebas y proyectos de implementaciones - Ofrece solución efectiva a las necesidades del cliente - Conocimiento de las instrucciones y flujos operativos de liquidación para la correcta ejecución de los pagos. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
