As a People Service Specialist, you will provide high-level professional advice in HR Processes and systems and use knowledge about core systems and processes to drive operational alignment and efficiency across HR and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities- Support employees and managers with high quality response to their people-related queries within a short time frame. This is the N°1 priority for the role
- Handle day to day transactions of different levels of complexity related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes
- Perform administrative work as needed by PX Team such as: issuing offer letters, employment documentation not available in self-service, and other.
- Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing etc.
- Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events
- Perform recurrent data audits and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Educate employees and make awareness about the self-help options available for them in each opportunity- Build strong peer relationships within the people services team and the larger people organization
