Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.As a People Service Senior Specialist, you will provide high-level professional advice in HR Processes and systems and use knowledge about core systems and processes to drive operational alignment and efficiency across HR and stakeholders.Job Responsibilities- Handle medium to complex transactions related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes- Collaborate with the other P&S teams to case manage and resolve complex issues- Train and support junior People Services team members on process clarifications and case management activities- Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing etc- Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events- Educate employees and make awareness about the self help options available for them in each opportunity- Perform recurrent data audits and ensure corrective actions are completed- Analyze trends of queries and proactively suggest areas for improvement- Build strong peer relationships within the people services team and also the larger people organizationWhat we offer- Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life insurance and voluntary insurance options- Annual bonus- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace- A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunitiesFLSmidth is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to customers in the mining and cement industries - for more information please visit
