Lead Computer Vision Ai Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking **Lead Computer Vision AI Engineer** to inspire and mentor a dynamic team while spearheading groundbreaking projects in computer vision. The selected individual will have deep expertise in machine learning and computer vision, a proven history of delivering impactful solutions, and the leadership acumen to align technical endeavors with strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Define the technical roadmap while ensuring strategic alignment for developing advanced deep learning models, such as object detection, image segmentation, and facial recognition
- Coordinate the collection, preprocessing, augmentation, and curation of large-scale datasets to meet defined project objectives
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in computer vision and deep learning and introducing cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate across departments to integrate computer vision solutions into scalable products and operational frameworks
- Create and uphold standards for documenting models, experiments, and technical processes with clarity and precision

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in computer vision or AI-driven engineering roles
- At least 1 year with responsibilities involving team leadership
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Background in popular libraries, like OpenCV, and tools including MMDetection or Detectron2
- Comprehensive understanding of machine learning architectures, such as CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers
- Capability to deploy and maintain models on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), with flexibility to use advanced MLOps concepts
- Proficiency in GPU programming, parallel processing (e.g., CUDA), and performance optimization methods
- Competency in problem-solving, leadership, mentorship, and communication, with a demonstrated ability to enable effective collaboration within teams
- English level of minimum B2+ to ensure teamwork and successful alignment across functions
