We're seeking a driven and tech-savvy **Remote Corporate Accountant** to join our dynamic Finance team. As an **independent contractor**, you'll play a vital role in managing our corporate general ledger, cash flow, and fixed asset records.

**What you will do**:

- Managing **corporate **general ledger
- Managing corporate cash flow and bank balances.
- Maintaining and updating fixed asset records.
- Preparing journal entries, performing **account reconciliations** and analysis, and preparing schedules for internal financial reporting.
- Researching and resolving un-reconciled amounts on a timely basis.
- Assisting with review of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.

**What we need from you**:

- Associate's degree in** Accounting or Finance** (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- ** C1 or C2 English level**:

- 3-5+ years of **experience as a Corporate Accountant**:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as** QuickBooks** (knowledge of Appfolio and Podio is a plus)
- Full-time availability (**Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm**) Central Standard Time
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savviness and quick to learn new software and processes
