This is a 100% remote work position.Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related fieldPositions reports to the Corporate Controller in the United StatesSkilled in Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word etc.)Fluent in EnglishSome of the responsibilities are:Purchasing & Accounting:- Place Purchase Orders (PO's) International Suppliers- Follow up POs shipping status with forwarders- Receive material IN TRANSIT inventories in Chempax- Send Inbounds Notifications to WarehousesReporting:- Sales reports- Energy division: Weekly and Monthly Basis- Special analytical reports for Petroleum (price/volume report)- OPEN POs Status for Energy Division - Monthly Basis- Receive material-Landing Cost inventories in Chempax- Process repacks orders in Chempax- Place Intercompany POs for Mexican customers ordersWill cross train and act as back up to other accounting personnel - payroll, A/R, A/P and others duties as assignedWe will train in the specific company accounting processesPay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Work Location: Remote
