**What are we looking for?** We are looking for an **FP&A ANALYST** based in **México** who plays a pivotal role in controlling the financial performance of operating assets, including P&L (revenues, costs, EBITDA) and cash flow/sources and uses. **What challenges will you face?** - **Financial Analysis**: Perform detailed financial analysis, prepare reports, and evaluate financial statements to identify trends and opportunities. - **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and recommend cost-saving measures. - **Financial Reporting**: Generate accurate reports, ensure compliance with standards, and explain variances to management. - **Cash Flow Management**: Oversee cash flow, optimize accounts receivable/payable, and improve working capital. - **Risk Management**: Assess financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and stay informed on industry and regulatory changes. **What specific knowledge do you need?** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economy, accounting, engineering, math, statistics, or any course that involves logical thinking. - At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in FP&A or Asset Management, Energy or Utilities industries. - Fluent English - Advanced Microsoft Office - Power BI and Oracle ERP **What does Atlas offer you?** - Belong to a multicultural, inclusive, and diverse environment.
