As we continue to expand our product line, we are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with engineering firms, ensuring alignment on project schedules and documentation.
- Develop, review, and maintain project documentation, such as ITP, PQR, WPS, and Gantt charts.
- Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Effectively manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigating strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the industrial shredder manufacturing or heavy machinery industry.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including remote and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and address customer concerns.

- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Gantt charts, and documentation standards (ITP, PQR, WPS).
- Experience working with engineering firms, coordinating schedules, and overseeing documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per month
